Future Vision

Kismet. Serendipity. How can you determine what course of events leads to a particular moment in time? How long is it before you know that a higher power actually saw it through to fruition or if it's just another rung in the ladder leading to a different future. I can look back over many years and see what appears to be a chain of events leading to an unexpected but desirable outcome. It's too soon to know if this road leads to the future I envision, but it is a good vision.
